Льюис тут описывает очень несимпатичных ему людей, конечно. Меня это немного удивило. Понятно, что культурные войны были всегда, но описанный выше тип мне казался относительно недавним. Легче легкого представить себе это из уст какого-нибудь республиканца из южных штатов по отношению к какому-нибудь Эл Гору. И любопытно, что же это за special kind of underclothes?
